SMS Program Terms

Wing Zone Text Alerts

Our SMS program provides periodic updates about new menu items, exclusive deals, special promotions, limited-time offers, and important Wing Zone Lexington announcements. You may receive texts about online ordering deals, catering options, and location-specific promotions for our Nicholasville/Lexington area restaurant. Message frequency varies based on promotional campaigns and your interaction with our services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of Kentucky or the courts of Fayette County, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
